Michelle Schrotz
began working for the National Counseling Group, Inc. in February
1999 as a full time Office Manager. Ms. Schrotz graduated from
George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 1997 with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a minor in History.
Ms.
Schrotz accepted the position as an Office Manager at the NVCG
to provide customer service to clientele and to learn more
about the counseling field for adolescents. She served as Office
Manager for all sites for over 6 years and is now the Human
Resources Manager. Ms. Schrotz has helped the National Counseling
Group expand it's services from just one office to now five
offices throughout the state of Virginia and continues to support
the company and it's growth. She works closely with the management
team to ensure the highest level of client services are available
for individuals and families.
In her spare time, Ms. Schrotz
is a pianist/singer/songwriter and has professionally recorded
several CD's with other musicians. On the weekend she performs
live in various venues with her band BRAVE (www.bravemusic.com)
in the Washington D.C. area.
