Stephanie M. Ney is a full time individual, family and group
counselor with the National Counseling Group.
Stephanie Ney obtained a Master of Arts from Marymount University
in August 2004. She has worked for the National Counseling
Group for over 5 years. Her graduate field of study was in
Counseling Psychology. Ms. Ney graduated from George Mason
University in May 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Health
and Fitness with a specialization in Health Promotion and
Exercise Science. Ms. Ney has received raining the following
areas: mental health, substance abuse, and therapeutic recreation.
Ms. Ney treats adolescent, young adult and adult clients
struggling with substance abuse and/or, mental health challenges.
Currently she co-facilitates several Adolescent Dual Diagnosis
groups, in addition to providing mental health evaluations,
and conducting substance abuse educations seminars to clients
and their families.
Ms. Ney is invested in working with the youth and their
families about risks associated with substance abuse and
mental health difficulties. She is available in the Manassas,
Herndon and Annandale offices and offers weekday and weekend
