April Lubkemann is currently a Clinical Supervisor for NCG's Front Royal Office staff.  April is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health issues.  She was previously associated with Blue Ridge Hospice “Center for Hope” as an outpatient provider and was engaged in private practice in Warren County. April currently conducts assessments, provides clinical trainings, and is an exceptional asset as an outpatient therapist. April received her MSW from Rhode Island College in Providence, RI.
